Every industrial revolution paid the appliers, not the builders. The internet made far more money for the companies that learned to sell on it than for the ones who wired it. AI is running the same play. It is infrastructure, and infrastructure compounds for whoever actually puts it to work.
The question was never what AI can do. Almost anything that needs a person and a computer can be done by AI now, because everything digital is code and AI can reach all of it. The real question is how a company adopts it.
We have been building with AI for over three years, and we assumed everyone was doing the same. We were completely wrong. It went from a chatbot you ask questions to something that runs an entire workflow, work that used to take a person hours, days, sometimes weeks. Companies do not turn at that speed.
AI is already capable. The hard part now is getting a company to actually use it.
